Welcome! I’m Kimbralyn, the heart behind Knead for Sweets, a home-based bakery in Lake Charles, Louisiana. When I’m not empowering young minds in my classroom, you’ll find me in my kitchen, where baking is my creative outlet and happy place. Every treat I make is crafted with care, blending my passion for baking with the rich flavors and traditions of Louisiana.
My husband, known locally as the Beeman, supplies our bakery with his raw, unfiltered honey, adding a special touch of sweetness to our creations. Together, we’re a team, combining his love for bees with my love for baking.
Knead for Sweets is a labor of love, run from my home with the same dedication and attention to detail as a professional bakery. My faith and family—including my two wonderful bonus daughters—ground me, reminding me of the joy in life’s simple, sweet moments.

Standard Orders: 15 days’ notice.
Large Orders (5+ dozen): 30 days’ notice.
Delivery: Free within 30 miles of Lake Charles, LA.
Payment:
50% non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Remaining balance due 5 days before delivery.
